Most of the work is done by us so it will take up very little of your time. We will send out a letter of claim to the defendant to inform them of your intention to claim for compensation for the injury caused to you. You will then be asked to go for a medical assessment to see how badly your injury has affected you. We will then if applicable assess your loss of earnings and out of pocket expenses and try to recover these. If we decide to proceed we arrange for proceedings to be issued and serve on the defendants. Most of the work is done by us so it should take up very little of your time.
