The failure to diagnose cervical cancer in a timely manner can mean that the disease progresses to a more advanced stage prior to discovery. This will cause more damage and depending on the cancer can make all the difference between curative and palliative treatment. To bring a case for cervical cancer you must first prove that the care was substandard and secondly prove that as a result of the substandard care you are adversely affected.
Tiernan & Company Solicitors have successfully dealt with many cervical cancer cases and would be happy to discuss any issues that you may have.
